Being a parent of young children is one of the most intense experiences of our lives. Your whole life is turned upside down as you mould it around this incredible new being that you have brought into the world.

No matter how well-prepared you are or how many children you have, navigating the twists and turns of early parenthood can be an emotional rollercoaster, in which we, as mothers and fathers, seem to constantly lose and re-find ourselves.
